Tech support number is disconnected and tech support online email isn’t responding. It’s been over a week. I cannot even return the defective product! AVOID IT LIKE COVID!
Hoping they will let me return it
Does it support Nissan TIIDA 2006 ?
I received the ThinkOBD 100 today to replace an older less sophisticated scanner. After several unsuccessful attempts to make a connection to my 06 5.3l Suburban and repeatedly getting a connection error message I called customer support. The customer service gentleman told me my vehicle was not supported. This surprised me since my other less expensive OBD2 scanner connects to all my vehicles. He said there were no upgrades or fixes. I thought perhaps the scanner itself might be defective but the only option customer service recommended was to return the product which is exactly what I am going to do. Scotty spoke very highly of this scanner. Disappointed. I’m returning it today and will find another compatible product for my 06 Chevy.
