THINKCAR provides a One-Year Warranty for our products. Here are the details:
- Coverage: THINKCAR guarantees that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of the original purchase.
- Responsibility: THINKCAR’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to either repair or, at their discretion, replace the scan tool at no charge, provided you can provide Proof of Purchase (sales receipt).
- Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accidents, floods, lightning, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer Service Center.
- Liability: THINKCAR is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or mounting of the scan tool. Note that some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
- Accuracy: All information in the manual is based on the latest available data at the time of publication. THINKCAR reserves the right to make changes without notice.
One-Year Warranty Details:
- If you have a store or dealer receipt, it acts as proof of purchase.
- In the absence of proof of purchase, the tool or tablet is warranted for one year from the tool/tablet registration date.
Repair Cost:
- If your THINKCAR tool is under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge unless it is damaged due to accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- If the repaired unit is out of warranty, you will be contacted, and you will be responsible for the repair fee.
